Step1 - Website
Step2 - Add New Item
Step3 - Select Master Page
Step4 - Change name if you want(extension = .master)
Step5 - Add
Step6- Go to design section then delete content place holder
ATTRIBUTE:-
1) GO TO TOOLBOX
2)Then click on html and select table
3)for chnage the properties click F4
4)go to style properties
5)go to border then change the properties (e.g: solid, thin, color )
FOR MERGE CELLS IN TABLE
1)Select 1st row then right click
2)Modify
3)Merge Cells
